Program/Training/Meeting Evaluation

Follow up is as important as preparation. Frontline routinely conducts comprehensive training program evaluations as well as analysis of individual courses. Return visits to the training site three to six months post-training assess the satisfaction of participants with the training experience, the benefits received, and the extent to which course materials have been incorporated into their daily work. Custom survey tools and targeted interviews allow Efficiency Evaluations to provide valuable data and feedback regarding the training services.
